The Victoria Green Collective is a group of locally based, eco-oriented businesses in Victoria BC that work together in the spirit of 'co-opetition' to support and promote one another along with local green values.
To become a member of the Collective, businesses must meet the following criteria:
- Been in business for at least One Year.
- Be locally owned and operated.
- Have an environmental focus and practices.
- TYPICALLY restricted to Retail Stores with "Bricks and Mortar" (physical) locations.
- TYPICALLY we only take in businesses that are not in an "enclosed-shopping-center" (as in malls) and that are "geographically located near downtown"
- (Note: "Typically" means that some exceptions are considered, depending on the merits of the business.)
- We do not include Restaurants / Cafes / Eateries, but some of our favorites are listed, and they often display our brochure in return.
